Detoxification made easy through solar power systems
Solar energy is useful in numerous ways. One such use is detoxification or in simple words we can say cleaning up. Solar energy can be used to clean water and air by heating them at a specified temperature thus removing contaminants from them. This can be done by mainly two ways.
Ultraviolet rays of sun are used to react with chemicals thus eliminating the contaminants from the air and water. Alternatively the thermal energy of sunrays can be captured by solar power systems to concentrate the heat in one direction and thus helping in cleaning by heating up the air or water. These systems are called as solar heating systems.
Many commercial applications of this technology like water purification systems, indoor air treatment and air disinfection is being used feasibly today to detoxify the air and water.
